Clota Varde is a corporate finance boutique with an exclusive focus on impact, working to serve the changing needs of both the sell-side and the buy-side. We are a highly experienced team of experts who provide two core services:
Advisory – we help clients with services related to business and project finance, capital structure and investment. This includes providing expertise in developing business plans, formulating fundraising strategies, building financial models, structuring investments and capital, preparing for due diligence and assessing transaction demand.
Fundraising – we help clients to navigate the challenges of the funding process, across both debt and equity. This involves helping to get their investment proposition investor-ready and then finding the right investors that are aligned with the client and the investment opportunity.
